Launched in 2015, SO! began by offering Fiber and Wireless data connectivity to businesses, individuals, and homes in Hargeisa, later expanding to other Somaliland cities. By 2023, SO! served over 6,000 homes with Fiber To The Home (FTTH) and nearly 4,000 businesses with Fiber To The Premises (GEPON), alongside 21,000 wireless (LTE/Point-to-Point) users. Plans include Triple Play (Data, Voice, IPTV) services.
